students), EECS Dept, Princeton University, Spring 1986.
He has acted as a mentor for many junior Bell Labs' and PARC
researchers
and for several undergraduate and graduate summer students.
He taught (with Larry O'Gorman) a one-day tutorial on
Document Analysis Systems at the IAPR Int'l
Conf. on Pattern Recognition (1994), Jerusalem, Israel.
