Course Catalog

Course Goals:
To stimulate the thinking of participants on how computers, information and network technology are changing the way we work, live and interact. To raise the ethical awareness of students on a wide variety of issues related to the course from the perspectives of: privacy, security, social and professional dependencies, the ownership and distribution of intellectual property etc. To cause the students to explicitly examine their thoughts re the role of government on many of these moral and ethical issues, for the student’s to create their own professional code of ethics.
